I marinated the fish and prawns in garlic, parsley and coriander leaf (cilantro) from the garden, lemon juice from half a lemon, black pepper and salt, and oil, for about 30 min. Meanwhile, I chopped up the potatoes, dried them with a tea towel, tossed them in oil and put them in a hot (200 C or 400 F) oven for about 35 min. Sauté green beans, corn cut from the cob and garlic for about 5 min. Add a out 4 cups chicken broth and let cook about 20 minutes. Sauté the fish and prawns for about 3-4 min, then serve.
