Lamb backstrap pizza with grilled red bell pepper, red onion, green pea and Greek yogurt

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted, but this one was yummy. Make some home-made pizza dough (recipe to follow as I think I may not have posted before). For the lamb backstrap, marinate in garlic, cumin, paprika and olive oil, then grill to medium rare. Roll out pizza dough, spread with a simple pizza sauce, top with thinly sliced lamb backstrap, mozzarella, sautéed red bell pepper and red onion, green peas, and drizzle a bit of Greek yogurt on top. Bake at 220 C (450 F) for 10-12 min.
