Asian-style burgers with corn, carrots and peas

250 g (1/2 lb) each ground pork and veal
3 minced garlic cloves
2 Tb cilantro (coriander leaf)
1 Tb ground coriander
1 Tb fish sauce
1 Tb dark soy sauce
1 Tb balsamic vinegar (I didn’t have rice wine vinegar)
2 Tb honey

Mix all ingredients together, form into patties and grill. Serve with steamed corn, carrots and peas. Simple and yum.
