Pork scotch fillet with salad and rice

I bought a 1 kg (2 lb) scotch pork fillet and cut about half into thin steaks (froze the rest). I then marinated the pork in:
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 Tb cider vinegar
1 Tb ground coriander
1 Tb ground ginger
3 minced cloves garlic

After marinating the pork for about 1 h, I cooked the pork on a skillet until done. Cut the pork into small pieces and serve with rice, carrot and cucumber slivers, and baby cos lettuce. Yum.
