Peach and raisin bread

250 g white bread flour
250 g stone ground wheat flour
50 g millet
200 ml water
200 ml whole milk
1 Tb dry yeast
1 Tb salt
1 Tb sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup finely chopped dried peaches
1 cup raisins

Mix all ingredients except fruit in bread maker to knead. Half way into kneading add in fruit. After 1 rise, knead and place in loaf pan. Let rise for 40 minutes and then bake at 180 C (350 F) for 30 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
