Pasta with broccoli, pea and bacon in cream sauce

A very simple dinner. While the water is coming to the boil, sauté some minced bacon, cut broccoli and garlic for about 5 minutes. Add about 1 cup whole milk and frozen peas. Once simmering, add a mixture of 1 cup cream and 4 egg yolks. Add some grated nutmeg and black pepper and stir regularly. Toss with cooked pasta and serve!
