Wholemeal Spelt Bread

200 g white bread flour
200 g wholemeal flour
150 g Spelt flour
1 Tb dry yeast
1 Tb raw sugar
1 Tb olive oil
1 Tb salt
350 ml water

I mixed all ingredients into the bread baker and let mix, knead and go through one rise. I then hand kneaded the dough and put in a loaf pan to rise for 30 min. I then scored the dough and let rise for another 15 minutes. I baked at 200 C (375 F) for 25 minutes.
